Linearis (born September 4, 1991) has been a member of Ar Tonelico: A Reyvateil's Melody since March 2009. Called Lin by her friends and close relatives, Linearis has been dubbed as an "Roleplaying-holic" due to her ever so addiction and consistancy of typing long posts around the internet. She's also a harpist and used to own an estimate of six harps, and draws in the sidelines. She also takes a liking to videogames, philosophy, literature, anime/manga, lolita fashion, graphics, and collectables. Born and raised in the United States, California, she's lived a life envolved in singing and harp performances, providing musical entertainment since the age of 5.

Life and experience
Childhood and challenges
Born in the United States, Linearis was raised by her parents and two older siblings. Since her father and mother worked to support the family, Linearis was primarily taken care of by her older sister and brother who were in their teenage. Initially, the sister had more focus on her friends, coming home late, and worked, leaving the brother to take care of their younger sister. Linearis would always look out the window of the sister's bedroom, waiting for her to come home.
At the age of kindergarten, Linearis began learning various instruments. These instruments included: the piano, violin, flute, guitar, and the harp. Evidently, Linearis took favor of the harp, dropping the other instruments at the age of nine to eleven. She has also taken vocal lessons with her childhood friend, Ritchell in which the two used to perform together at younger ages. She still remembers how to play the instruments especially the piano and guitar which has helped her in her harp playing. The two young singers often sang karaoke tracks during parties along with a harp and piano duet. As Linearis was building up her musical talent, she still had plentiful time to be with her siblings who studied and partied. She took drawing at the age of five.
Her brother introduced Linearis to videogames whereas the sister was to anime when locating some VC's on the bookshelf. Her most favorite yet challenging games she had ever played at young age were The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Banjo-Kazooie. Linearis's favorite anime of the time was Slayers, Sailor Moon, and Cardcaptor Sakura. Though she had never finished the games during the time she had picked them up, saying it was too hard, she became more and more enthralled of the computer. Because of her young age and lack of intelligence of the cyber world, she freaked out when she accidentally changed the screen saver. With that embarrassing experience, she had taken it upon herself to use the internet as her resources to find more interesting things, such as music scores she would not find at nearby stores.
One of Linearis's heartbreaking trial was when her siblings departed from the household. The brother went to Berkley and the sister resided in her boyfriend's home a year after. Growing dissatisfied with the departure of her siblings, she locked herself up for a few months with her harp as a sedative to calm her nerves down. The house grew less lively and Linearis's life had turned to studying and schoolwork. At the least, she wrote letters and emails to her brother while he was at college and her sister picked her up from middle school every Monday. The brother would come back down to L.A to visit the family for his short vacations, bringing gifts and always with a different style of hair. The most surprising change of hair was her brother's golden-yellow hair as a contrast to his brown skin.
Linearis was initially a good student, earning good grades in her 3rd year of middle school and then onwards onto high school. Eventually, she lost willpower in the curriculum when she succumbed to love and relationships and more intrigue to the internet. Her grades worsened for almost half the semester when her life made yet another turn when she had ended up in the hospital due to a car accident. In the duration of her stay, she moved back into the interdisciplinary studies and broke away from what she calls, "a foolish love story". After graduation, she progressed into high school, which had been the most interesting years of her life. She had obtained the Salvei Ana harp (ebony) as her graduation present.
Harp
Linearis began playing the harp at the age of 4. She didn't like the other instruments she was being forced to play, but was unable to find her resolve. One day, she picked up the rather large musical instrument after being inspired by a quote from The Prophet: Pleasure, "Your body is the harp of your soul. And it is yours to bring forth sweet music from it or confusing sounds." This has been her inspiration to train in hand and finger coordination. She has played many folk songs and has taken it upon herself to one day compose her own harp piece. Her dream came true and managed to memorize the song by heart after making it's sheet music.
To this day, she has found her love for the harp growing stronger. When she first picked up the harp, she said it looked easy, able to guide her fingers with the color coordinated strings. She believed the harp was for her, always keeping it in her room before the father decided to turn one of the harps into a 'music room'. The parents turned her brother's room into a sound room, as it was the most quiet and least used room of the household. Linearis's harps were displayed within the room and the bed set aside so she can enjoy the comfort of her own musician.
Since joining the ARM community, her love for the harp increased. After a certain incident, it caused the father to rid her of the harp and turn the room back into a guest room. Linearis was heartbroken and the news was spread onto the community. Her most favorite harp, the Salvei Ana, was destroyed in the process. Having the harp for only a couple of years caused her heart to tear and nearly give up in all musical talent. This included the piano and the guitar. She successfully managed to overcome the dilemma and keep the tuner she used to adjust her harps tone. She feels as if she could have done something to prevent the destruction of her instruments. Currently, Linearis visits the harp store so she can continue practicing, hoping one day she can get enough money to buy herself a new Salvei Ana.
Private and Elementary school
The young harpist went to a Catholic private school from kingdergarden to 3rd grade, making three very close friends: Ritchell, Chris, and Chelsea. The three did not hang out in the same place, but they did go to each others parties. Linearis eventually made friends with Chris and Chelsea's cousin, Zach, who she developed a light crush on for a few years up to fifth grade. The group of friends still know each other to this day and come together during parties. Though Ritchell, Chris, and Zach ultimately see each other more often, Linearis will always be recognized as part of the old group. Linearis had grown more distant from the group as she left the private school in third grade, the same time Chris and Chelsea went their own ways to a different school.
Linearis was not religious and had a difficult time paying focus to the mandatory visits to the church. She would often day dream and would wait for the bread to come. Though she was not interested in Jesus Christ, she was respectful enough to go to the church in the morning and pray for fifteen minutes before heading to into the school grounds. When the time of school performances came, Linearis was picked to be the angel twice. She has also participated in the triatholon and games where she won a couple of prizes. Her most favorite game was putting a silver spoon in her mouth with an egg, and rushing across the green field. She always got first place.
One time in daycare, Linearis had her first 'accident', where she was playing tag with her friends. They were playing tag with handballs. Her friend threw a ball at Linearis which locked onto her heel, causing her to trip and slide across the pavement, resulting to her nose and knee to be scraped. Linearis cried horribly and had been the first time she ever obtained an injury. Another strange moment was when she was taking a test in 3rd grade and her teacher walked to the front of the classroom and said, "Patricia, I love you.".
After Linearis left the school, she went into a public elementary school which she felt very aliented by. The majority in her classroom did not speak or understood Tagalog, in addition she sat by someone who would always punch her and make her arm sore. Linearis's life in 4th grade had been a displeasing one; she made friends who left her for no reason. The most remembered moment was when her friends no longer with to be with her when she allowed other people to play tether ball on the court she was saving. Luckily, she befriended a boy named Pablo who made the days more uplifting. As young children, the classmates often teased the two of being a couple. During daycare, Linearis took up drill team and soccer which she failed miserably in after lacking the ability to memorize the moves. Though, she excelled in math and english, winning the games in class and obtaining a hot warm chocolate chip cookie. The daycare would go to Raging Waters every year, ending up with Linearis having a scrape on either side of her knee when she went down the River. When she graduated, she said to her parents, "I lost my autograph book. I'm already losing things!". Private and elementary school were not her best years.
High school
Her childhood friend Ritchell also attended her highschool in which the two sticked together for half a semester before separating into different groups. The two friends were in different programs, resulting to being placed in different classrooms. Linearis had developed to be physically violent ever since the love happening in the 3rd year of middle school. She had also become rebellious. The two joined many clubs in addition to the Anime Club which sparked the first half of Linearis's friendship circle. During 5th period was the time Linearis's made two friends who would be her best: Alex and Kristen. The two were in her 5th and 6th period class, and eventually stuck together and hanged out by the benches near the library.
Linearis dubbed Kristen as her "mother" during a spontaneous moment after an anime club meeting. At the same time, the club had announced of who would be the new mascot. The mascot was assigned to participate in as many club events in and out of campus, wearing cutesy outfits considered to be "moe". After being nominated as the club's mascot, she was forced in many lolita dresses and cosplayed rented by Japanese stores in Little Tokyo, others apparently imported. This has sparked Linearis's interest in the lolita fashion, but also found it embarrassing. It was contibuting to the anime community and was considered as, "Their Lolita Moe".
After an anime club karaoke event, Linearis provoked her singing talent which ignited the club president to have her perform. This granted Linearis the opportunity to also display her harp in which they whole-heartedly favored. Linearis's popularity with in the anime community began to rise and eventually reach the school coucil's ears. She was placed in an article in the schools newspaper, given the title the schools' very own, "Musical Flower". Since then, Linearis has been performing vocally anime-related and J-pop songs to the anime club, and playing her harp for the drama club's official performances in the auditorium. She had begun to compose original pieces for her harp in the Spring Semester of 9th grade.
During highschool, Linearis's had developed a mini-fanbase in her circle of friends, the drama club, and the anime club. This comical-yet-serious fanclub was raised in the start of 10th grade. The 'joke' upheld throughout all her years in high school, amusingly signing things and drawing and making banners for the clubs. Linearis was progressed to be the anime clubs treasurer and their permanent mascot until graduation. She had been registered as a part of SWAP; a small organization which runs around and upgrades the teacher's computers. She was recognized as a graphic artist in the computer and tech hall, also known as "G-Hall". She assisted people with programs such as Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver for both teachers and students. Linearis's also worked part with the Media Academy in helping with cinematography and acting. She also helped with sound editing and helped with animation class.
As her life as a high school student progressed, so did love interests. At the end of high school, four people had developed an earning for Linearis in which she rejected. One crushed on her since 9th grade, another in 10th, another in 11th, and finally in 12th grade. She had no interest to engage in a romantic relationship and preferred to stay as friends. Though saying this, the four still continue to progress in hopes one day she will return their affection. By the end of high school, her violence subsided and grown to be as quoted, "A kind and loving individual". She's now graduated and currently in a relationship.
MMORPG
As Linearis is a fan of videogames, she also favors MMO's. Her types of multi-player games are fantasy related, often expanding to the world of chinese culture. She has done may mmorpg 'hops', often leaving a game around lvl 50 if she does not feel interested beyond that point of the game. She goes by the name Linearis in each game she plays. Games she has played are: Perfect World International, Flyff, Cabal, Granado Espada, Lunia, Jade Dynasy, Rappelz, etc. Often, Linearis makes at least one close friend in every game she plays past lvl 60, but has her friend Reyson and others tag along with her on certain clients. The two are looking forward to playing Dragon Nest, which develops free movements rather than click-attack motion.
Lilies
Lilies has played a very important role in Linearis's life. It has been her most favorite flower ever since she was a little girl. After stumbling upon this flower one day in a greenhouse, she asked her mother and researched about the lily. Strong compelled by the lilies, she developed the habit of wearing something lily-oriented before her performances every once in a while. She would either have a flower in her hair or the the colors of white and yellow on her. She was never able to grow the flowers in the garden since it was being occupied by her mother's gardening. Ever since her childhood, Linearis has had a strong liking to the lilies, hypnotized by their beauty. Another lily Linearis has taken a liking to is the Goldband lily.
The Madonna Lily & The Goldband Lily
Linearis's favorite lily is the Madonna Lily. When she began roleplaying as Lilium and Lilian, she gave the characters the same fascination. In her stories, she would have a 'field of white', which was actually a field of white lilies. She dubbed Lilian to have a Madonna Lily on the left side of her hair and have both characters named after the flower. Linearis made more focus on Lilian and made her oriented to the flower by having her donned in white attire and golden trim on her dress. She had also made her into an adoptable on Squiby, making her egg in the same of Lily of the Valley. Linearis has the tendency to stare at a lily for a couple of seconds when she's out of the house either wandering around the mall or spots it on her drives.
The Goldband Lily is another flower Linearis takes a liking to. Often, she mistakes the two for their features are roughly similar. The difference is its petals have more curves and are much more slim as opposed to the Madonna Lily, whose flower has less golden radiance. Linearis likes the Madonna's bontany, but is deeply interested on the Goldband's freckles. She calls the two flowers, "Her little stars", as it was the lily which gave birth to her two staple characters: Lilium and Lilian.
Roleplay
Linearis has been roleplaying since middleschool, but her debut didn't begin until her second year of highschool. She befriended Reyson who introduced her to a private roleplay on a site called Gaia Online known as "FIGHT", a fantasy-related story based on spirits and two kingdoms. Linearis made a character named Lilium Arterial; a spirit of mischief. Linearis was quite sour towards Reyson for his beginning lack of literacy and his quiet personality, but soon grown closer and been the best of friends ever since. Though Linearis still verbally attacks Reyson, as apparently, he still bothers her for his quote on quote idiotcy and times lack to contribute ideas when she needs it, she still cares for him and expands his endevour. The two became roleplaying buddies and participated in another story called "Shattered Aspects"; another fantasy-related story based on four kingdoms owned by their own god, created by Saren. Linearis made a character named Lilian. Both Lilium and Lilian had become staples to Linearis's roleplaying experience.
Both Lilium and Lilian had been characters connected to Reyson's. Their characters involve tragic or comical romantic relationships who couldn't be more typically opposite. Lilium and Lilian are magical and rely on scythes whereas Reyson's are physical and wields two blades. The two often have one-sided arguments, ultimately resulting in Linearis having to make the final call. Their friendship grew, however, caused Reyson to develop strong romantic feelings for her. Though it is unrequited, Reyson continues to stay by Linearis's side and make sure she is healthy and taking care of herself.
She no longer dominantely roleplays on Gaia Online after being introduced to roleplaying forums by Saren who apparently made her own board. Linearis works as an co-administrator and extends Lilian's story from there, with Reyson as the sites moderator. Since then, she's been participating in other roleplay boards, playing as other characters and typing large walls of text. Her minimal text would be six paragraphs long, but shortens it on Gaia Online and Ar Tonelico: A Reyvateil's Melody after being filed some complaints of it being too long, as it often scares people.
Lilium Arterial
Lilium made her appearance in FIGHT, working as an instructor and treasurer for the mercenaries group (who were also the main characters), and officer for both the military and the government. She's very intelligent and contributes the world for her wit and her powerful magic. She's actually a spirit, coming from an anarchial dimension ruled by powerful beings equivalent to gods known as, "The Ancients". Linearis created her to be known as The Spirit of Mischief, as the title says, making pranks and trouble for the human world. Her catch phrase is, "That is a secret". How the story played out is the spirits work invisibly in the realm of men, taking human forms and governing the land from creatures known as Excise; dark creatures who steal the powers from spirits and souls of humans to have a consciousness of their own. As a spirit, Lilium must hunt down these creatures with her partner, Anarahk; The Spirit of Torture. Because Lilium works both for the spirit and human world, she is given twice and much papers and jobs and has little rest.
The spirit takes form of a 19-20 year old woman with long blue hair tied with a black ribbon, navy blue eyes, and fair skin. She's often wearing a black uniform or casual clothes with a red skirt, white top, black short sleeve jacket, gold and silver bracelets, black stockings, and boots. Linearis dons her with the scythe and countless magical spells such as arcane and transformation. Lilium also has the ability of flight and can teleport inbetween the worlds and a certain amount of meters on land. But because the human world is known for only a weak level of magic to those of mages, Lilium is limited to how much she can show off her skills.
Her love interest is Reyson Griel, the commander of the mercenary group she works for. He's an optomistic drunkard who loves beer and maps more than anything, aside from Lilium. He tends to slack off on his job, resulting to Lilium having to take his papers and do it for him. Lilium considers him to be very unreliable and finds him useless, and a poor commander who lacks leadership skills. Reyson had managed to show his gratitude by taking her to a doctor when she had fallen ill to a mysterious disease due to fatigue from being in the human realm for too long. Spirits can only last in the human world for so long before they have to return to the spirit world. In the world of men, the world is like a poison which the spirits are forced to breathe. In the end, the two eventually got married (Reyson's proposal being quite comical) and had a son named Elio a few years after settling down.
Lilium's original name was suppose to be Lilian, but it stuck when Linearis came to the conclusion, "Lilium just works.". Lilium was created by the Ancients to put an end to the war in the human world. The humans and spirits were apparently clashing at each other which resulted to Lilium's creation. At the time, Lilium didn't have a name as her sole purpose was to end the war. During the birthing ritual, one of the spirits 'slipped up', and caused a mishap to Lilium's personality being purely to just destroy things. Though she successfully managed to end the world, she destroyed both sides. The Ancients locked her within a catalyst, dropping it in the human world as its resting place. Lilium wore a black leather-looking suit which hugged her body, covered with glowing runes. Her eyes had the ability to turn red at the time.
Reyson's ancestor found the pendant, causing Lilium to awaken. However, because she was still locked inside the necklace, she could only go a certain distance. In addition, she could not walk, and had to rely on hovering. She lacked speech and did not understand anything the ancestor told her. The ancestor brought the spirit with him on her travels, teaching her how to walk and showed her to the field of white lilies. There, the ancestor named the spirit "Lilian", which meant Lily. As the two characters bonded, another person came into the ancestor's life. In short, the woman blackmailed the ancestor to marry. The woman carried great wealth and was in need for the ancestor's intelligence. As the two were 'bonding', Lilium/Lilian spent less time and watched from a distance. Little did either of them know as time went on, the further she was able to move away from the pendant. The seal was breaking as the human feelings the ancestor gave her began to wane and vanish.
Lilium/Lilian's liking to the ancestor became bitter as he and the woman continued to bond. He'd put the necklace in his drawer where the two would eventually go off on vacation. He would say hi to her and leave with the woman. When he ancestor brought Lilian along, she kept herself far away so the woman would not see her. Lilian had also seen the two engage in intercourse from the window, that though she did not know what they were doing, she found it to be grotesque and absolutely disgusting. The two eventually web after giving birth to their first child. The woman had three children which, at times, the ancestor asked Lilian to watch over. When the seal of the pendant wore off almost completely, Lilian killed the couple and the children. She left one live and placed a curse on the child which would be passed onto future generations.
When the Ancients noticed the change of energy, they and the spirits captured Lilian. After a difficult battle, the spirits expunged Lilian back into the pendant and tossed it into the sea. However, the residue of the spirit still lingered. Having no choice, the spirits collected the raw energy and made another spirit: Lilium. She would not have any memories of her life as Lilian, and would be known as The Spirit of Mischief. As Lilium blindly worked under the spirits jurisdiction, they called Lilian to be a mistake which they wish they could erase.
Lilian Eve Arterial
Lilian's creation took a huge turn thanks to Saren who created the story, Shattered Aspects. She's well known for her white frame: clad in white and the Madonna Lily donned on the left side of her hair. Normally, Lilian was supposed to be an assassin who spread a plague across the world with her singing. The plague would kill the person mentally, then inside out. And thanks to her singing voice, she is able to infect an entire city. Lilian herself has also be infected, but is able to withstand the disease since she is the one administering the infection. Her personality was cold and distant, and wore black with plentiful of jewelry. She even used a sword, however, kept her magic and fighting prowess a secret. Just like Lilium, she was an intelligent spirit. Lilian's original story was this: she was a songstress for the gods, unfortunately locked in a cage. When she tried to escape, the gods shot her down to the human world below. The fall caused her to lose her memories and be picked up by a family a few years later. Lilian was kidnapped soon after. After that incident, Lilian visited the City of Evil where she took it on herself to become an assassin herself. She underwent an organization which worked underneath someone named Kaire who is apparently the 'main' bad guy of the story. The gods eventually played a role in Lilian's life when it made it's turnaround after infecting the City of Good.
The story changed when Lilian went to Tayla's (Goddess of Good) alter/shrine to sing and bring forth the plague. There were two old people who revealed to be Lilian's human parents. A large scorpion who had been watching the event spoke to Lilian via mind the people before her were indeed her parents. The scorpion says she was human at one point, mocking she had forgotten. Lilian's memories began to clash at each other, but the scorpion, who reveals himself as Kaire, tells the story: She was walking in the forest one day when Sireh (God of Order) attacked her in the disguise of a wolf. Azreala (Goddess of Chaos) made it storm to hide the blood and trail of the young injured Lilian. Ruiet (God of Evil) put the plague on Lilian soon after being found by the family who cared for her. As Lilian was on her death bed, Tayla (Goddess of Good) dealt the final blow and shot an arrow through her heart, shattering her soul into nothing. However, Kaire saved her, putting the pieces back together and warped her to do his bidding.
Lilian's story with the gods becomes even more interesting after Kaire captures Tayla. Kaire laughs at the Goddess who says it has taken her a long time to apologize to her friend (Lilian). When the three gods find out Tayla has been captured, they have no choice but to try to bide Lilian to their side. Azreala goes down to see Lilian some time later and asks her if she knows of the Golden Age. When she tells that she does not, Azreala explains there were actually six gods instead of the current four. The two gods were Kaire, God of Deception, Thieves, and Secrets, while his counterpart, his sister, Lilian, the Goddess of Art, Honesty, and Manifestation.
The story was cut short when Kaire tried to go to Lilian, but he realized she was no longer in his control. Azreala says she was going to take Lilian back and return her rights as a Goddess and defeat him. When Lilian asks why this is happening, Kaire explains he desired power and attempted to take Sireh's staff. It had broke, and he foolishly hid it in Lilian's room. Kaire tells Lilian had always been stronger and more favorited. When Sireh found out of the broken, he grew angered, and resulted to to the gods attacking her in the forest and Tayla dealing the final blow. When the information proved to be too much mental stress, she ran off. In exchange, she memories returned. Again, Reyson's character (for crossovers, was named Reyson) had a romantic relationship with the songstress. The two were lovers at the time Lilian was still a full-fledged goddess, but he had been struck by the plague Kaire was administering in his own stead. When he died, Lilian was bewildered and forced to move on. Years passed and to the point of the storyline, Reyson returned as a poltergeist. When he countered the changed Lilian, he was surprised at her transformation, but continued to be by her side, though Lilian didn't want it at the time.
At a point in the story, Kaire interupted Lilian and Reyson's conversation. Lilian falls into an illness similar to Lilium's in FIGHT; because she is an etheral creature, being in the human world is a poison to her. Kaire takes Lilian away back to the world of the gods, transporting her to a beautiful garden with a pagoda. He explains to Lilian this is her sanctuary before everything had happened. It was called the Garden of Inspiration. As Lilian gradually began to feel better, Kaire gave Lilian a box which held her multi-colored pendant. It had the ability to change the 'color' of anything; Lilian could make an ice cube red, and would be fiery hot. As the two siblings bonded, Kaire revealed he had a lover once which was actually Sireh's priestess. When Sireh found out of the relationship, he killed off the woman. This raged Kaire to taken away Sireh's staff for power, and as revenge, broke it. Though, how it ended up in Lilian's room still remains a mystery, Lilian figured it was because Kaire had other plans, which he did.
Kaire took Lilian back to the human world and gave her wishes to go to Reyson. With her memories returned, Reyson's love was requited and he had proposed. The two's lovely moment ended when a character named Sion killed the songstress. This angered both Reyson and Kaire as both (still not aquainted with each other just yet) sought to kill Sion. With Reyson going after Sion, Kaire counciled with Death to have his sister back. The deal was that Lilian can only sing three songs, for it would be the third time she'd die. If she sings, it would be game over for her. Kaire agrees and takes Lilian back to the Garden of Inspiration for proper care who awakens with a fever. The two continued to bond until another character named Timo comes and destroys the garden, making Lilian nearly scream in agony. The siblings kill off Timo and Lilian repairs the garden. Kaire figures that time is short and comes to the conclusion they make Lilian back into a goddess. Kaire returns Lilian her goddess robes before heading off to Rasha, their nursemaid.
The two siblings journey together to search for the two artifacts which would turn Lilian back into a goddess. After some comical moments, Lilian has successfully managed to return her birthright and engage in the next dilemma. The six gods battle against each other with their own respective teams. The four gods die out and leave Lilian and Kaire 'victorious'. With the world at some dismay, Kaire and Lilian come to a conclusion to govern the world in different positions, still keeping their godly powers. Many generations begin to pass and Lilian and Kaire watch from different bystanders: Kaire made a kingdom around the lava region, and Lilian began wandering around the world as an apothecary and songstress, seeing the world for her own eyes. To this day, Lilian did not know what happened to Reyson since right after the battle, they had to start making amends to the world. She eventually meets Reyson again who changed his name to Alastor, who has undergone an complete personality change.
Lilian has made many RP debuts whereas she managed to keep the same features and similar interests since her change in her story. Her personality is unknown to change to become cold-hearted and lax, and has taken the role as an antagonist.
It's been finalized Lilian's real name (in certain stories) is Lyliacae.
Chaos Kingdom: The Mountain Theory
In another story called Chaos Kingdom: The Knowledge of Reality, she still wields the power of music. She was a songstress enlocked in a tower to govern mother earth, forbidden to go outside (there have been exceptions). Lilian's background (still majorily unknown) was an experiment called a Project, designed to help Adam (the antagonist) create a new Eden. These Projects were a combination of other Eden Children (the story of Adam and Eve dramtically changed, there being other children in the garden) and Heirs (characters who wield tremendous powers). Other combinations are unknown. Lilian's a combination of the Child of Eden, Eve; and the Heir, an Echomancer, Silver Screech. Her codename was Project 17: Frozen Sound.
One day, Linearis and the other roleplayers talked about Silver Screech. He was an enemy in the previous "Chaos Kingdom" story, who was comically killed by a mountain. Just before someone was going to kill the Echomancer, someone dropped a mountain on his head. This brought Linearis to wonder if that meant Lilian would ever meet the same fate. It became the inside joke which soon expanded. Linearis eventually called this The Mountain Theory:
- "Lilian was in a field thinking about Shuroi's Runes and saw a shooting star, Lilian made a wish, and then the star flew towards her it was really a mountain and it headshotted her, and exploded into a lake, then Lilian fell into the lake while being huggled by Kaden, then Yomolu fell in and shocked them, and his cigar burns her hair, and then Ice mountain folowed by Nuke Ice mountain headshoted her again and she died and then Seiko came and took her soul and replaced it into a new body so it can happen again."
Popularity
Lilian is strongly loved in all the stories she has particpated and stayed in. In the latest story she's participated in: she's a student in a magic academy/university. The story stemmed from the same roleplayers from Chaos Kingdom. In the academy, Lilian's middle and last name changed to Lilian Marie Winfield. She's the first daughter of the current Winfield family and has a younger brother named River. The family possess powerful telekinetic powers and are founders of the school. This makes Lilian and River be high expectations. River has become the boy prodigy, being the top of his classes; whereas Lilian is just a scratch of his academics, into electives, and the school's idol. Linearis finds it a bit ironic how she's streamed to be the school's idol. She says, "Lilian's in posters and dog tags. What else? Oh, wait...she's on my R4."
Ar Tonelico: A Reyvateil's Melody
Linearis has been a member of the community since March 2009, having made a couple of friends and aquaintances. She introduced herself to the board as a shy and lacked confidence to truly befriend the people on the board as she noticed it was going through a bit of a crisis. She made friends with Dexas and shared many interests. At the same time, she made friends with Vermillion who had similar problems like her. Linearis considers her stay in the ARM community to be a bit nerve-ending, but gradually began to open up and continue being active. The harpist shown to be friendly and enjoys making the 8U face and had begun adding ~nya at the end of her sentences, adopted from Dexas. She has been adding the lily emoticon at the end of her sentences as well. She was also known as Queen Funbun, but dropped the play after it seemed to offend some members of the board.
She made an art topic called Linearis' Barrel, displaying her artwork and music pieces. She made an emoticon set of her character, Lilian, having overn fifty faces of the white maiden (and a small set of her own). She has also made a roleplaying topic in Sasha's playpen (now moved to the roleplaying board). She has also made some musical pieces dedicated to members of the board.
