Now to get into lyrical analysis. The "desire to protect", and more importantly, the lines "I’ll transform into the goddess of death.", "I’ll destroy every evil being for the sake of my beloved person.", and "I’ll destroy every corrupt person for the sake of my irreplaceable person." force a manual override of the tower (essentially, piggy-backing on the tower's administrator). They force the tower to redirect a part of its energy to the singer. Naturally, the effect varies based on the type of reyvateil singing the song. For a 3rd Generation, it would boost their power to the level of a Pureblood β, making it possible to pull off the functions of the song without exerting herself to death. For a β, it would simply amplify her power, making any supplemental song magic she sang more effective. I dare not think what would happen if an Origin sang this, but I imagine it would halt any nonessential functions of the tower (weather control, support of what remains of the Rim etc.) and redirect that power to the singer.
The exact function of the Hymn is not particularly easy to explain. It acts on the Static D-waves of the person for whom the reyvateil sings the Hymn. Essentially, it forces them to maintain the state in which they existed at the time the Hymn was begun, causing any outside force to have no effect on the target. Essentially, it makes the target indestructible.
It would seem that a Hymn like this would be a little overpowered. One would think that it could be mass-preformed to make an indestructible army. However, a single caveat exists in a single line in the lyrics to prevent this. "Melenas yor rre yorr yanje manafeeze." For those without a background, the word "melenas" refers only to the single most irreplaceable person in the world for the person who speaks it. That means that the song will only be effective if sung for the person whom the singer loves most in the world. It's rather unlikely that there are enough competent soldiers who hold the position of "most beloved" for a reyvateil.

As for analysis of this hymn, I assume the function is fairly clear. The singers override the H-waves of everyone, and impose their own wills onto the population. Naturally, this is a difficult feat to accomplish. One first needs to find a level 9 I.P.D. (weaker I.P.D.'s wouldn't be able to hijack enough other I.P.D.'s to support her, nor to elevate herself to the status of "goddess" and take every negative feeling into the world into herself) and a β (a third generation would have a hard time: forcing her way into the hearts of every living being on the planet, absorbing their pain, and maintaining that state indefinitely). The pair must then have the same "will". The wills of both reyvateils are imposed on the world; one cannot force the population to have two separate identities. Clearly, this is not the sort of hymn that one would ever expect to see, considering the massive number of difficult prerequisites.
