King of a ancient race of Dragon people whose kingdom was frozen in ice in the course of a single day. Centuries later he breaks free from the ice and found his people still frozen. He seeks a way to restore his kingdom, but he cannot ignore people in need, so is sidetracked often. He can transform into a dragon and usually takes on the appearance of a human with wings, and can carry up to ten people in his dragon form.
