Fernia's acquaintance, a young girl who hates people. To her, beside Fernia, nobody else is worth talking to. Often hangs out and discusses with Fernia about mysterious events that probably happened within their past. She is said to be one of the most powerful Reyvateils in the world from whence she came, though that is yet to be confirmed. Has a pair of machine guns which she never seems to use. Her name in kanji is 羅津雅, which stand for "Gauze," "Harbor" and Elegance" respectively.
