A person who is most notably, closest to the mysterious Yuri and sometimes, Dark yuri. She does not neccesarily stay all teh time with Yuri, but rather appears at times and disappears without a trace. The way she acts is quite lively, caring and funny in a way. She seems to be very busy even though her disppearances and appearances normally depict her as free and aloof. Evangeline is also one who seems to be watching over yuri, making sure she is safe to large extents.
