Personality and Background:

Raised as a normal child in the same village as Melody, the two were raised to be close friends. It was of no surprise that the two might would fall in love, but Elegy was forced to leave when his parents decided to move away, thus tearing the two apart. As a young adult before the move, Elegy was often the gentle type towards Melody, loving to play his violin to accompany her dances, but years later, his personality hardened due to the events that would unfold in the course of his life. His family massacred, and with blood on his hands, he didn't want to return to his hometown, thinking she'd also moved on in the years past. Taking up the sword, he became a mercenary in hopes to at least add some meaning in his life...
