I think Vermillion-san copy paste this from the old ARM (the mirror), and that post was originally made by Lazy-san (including that commentary, except the ??????s). Or maybe Vermillion-san agreed with that commentary. (Sorry, not making offense here.)

...I checked it against the "activation" ditty for Cloche's Pepen song under Cute Drive. Yup, it's the same line. Probably even sounds the same, though I've never heard the album so can't be sure.
