encounter+

This one deserves attention for sure.

Some people might know already but I myself just found out about encounter+ a few days ago, and I immediately fell in love. I decided I just have to create their topic since not even once encounter+ is mentioned here (after using the search option) /shot

encounter+ is a group formed by two people, Momori who does the singing, and Luca who does the compositions, arrangements, etc. They have this strong fantasy-theme in their songs. Some of them reminds me of the atmosphere in Atelier series (though that might be just me). They sometimes have cool-sounding unknown language chorus as the lyrics too! I highly recommend encounter+ if you liked works like Shimotsukin's >3<

Personally, among the albums I like ANCIENT AIR the most, followed by Kohana to Bou no Mori and Wanderlust. Though my most favorite track is maybe Euclid from tour If it's your first time listening to them, I recommend ANCIENT AIR or Wanderlust. (Since those are basically what hooked me in)

Some of the encounter+ songs have a similar feel to older Sound Horizon songs which Aramary sang, like those in Thanatos. The songs are simple but captivating, and all of them are unique.
