I think the talk topics are probably the most important thing there (and likely a massive chunk of work). It's pretty jarring playing the game with the beautiful modified text, then leaping into a talk topic where the girls are speaking NISA XD

A general comment, most of those name changes should be fine, since they're smaller or the same length, but one thing to consider is to fit longer ones into the same pixel boundaries you'd have to shrink the text size, which could make some names look inconsistent (or worse, harder to read) in comparison to others. In some cases like the Gaea: xx -> Deathlandia: xx one it's probably best just to drop the unnecessary prefix.
