I'll start off by saying that I got accepted to attend the Dallas,Texas (a city within the U.S.) branch of the Le Cordon Bleu school! I just need to get my financial aid in order and just get moved out to Dallas before the middle of December. My dream of attending a culinary school is starting to pick up speed!

I bought a new hat today...it's really nice. A lot of people think it looks good on me, so I got a boost of self-confidence, too...eheh. I guess that's good news, too? Or more like something so trivial compared to LD-san's acceptance?

I actually have to build a resume of my dishes as part of my course work there, funny enough! XD I'll try to remember to post some of those pics here for people to see.


As another good thing for me to list here, I've been getting up like a normal person. And, after my week long trip to Dallas, I can feel my own confidence, self worth, and energy coming back to me!

My good news for the day~ I got an exam back in my math class. I expected to do very well, but it turns out that not only did I do well, I got the top score in the class, which was 107% after his curve. This was all pretty awesome, and then the Professor goes and writes, "VERY GOOD," at the top. Seeing as I've had him in a class before and have done three semesters of undergraduate research with him, you'd think he wouldn't have been surprised~

I actually hope to be in the same vein of entertainment as Gordon Ramsey as far as being on TV in concerned.

I'm actually disappointed in Iron Chef America when compared to the original Iron Chef. I much prefer the humble, professional air to the original than the boisterous smack talk of the recent Americanized Kitchen Stadium. And I can't really have an opinion on Chopped before I've never watched it before.


Good news for the day: Got my high school and college transcripts sent off to the school to see if I can get a tuition reduction for some classes I might have taken in the past.

Because I said our wireless router got problem and new a new one. My company bought a new Wireless Modem Router and I successfully configured it to work.
I know it's not that hard, just copy the last modem configuration but still, this is my first time configuring a modem from a scratch and without any help.

I'm excited about getting my new camera. My old one was stolen at a convention back in Sept, and I finally ordered a new one.

It's a 12 MP Nikon with a touch screen..
