Rustling Throb ~Chroche/Luca~

A home for projects that members of our community have chosen to work on. At this point, that includes mainly Hymmnos study, song and manga translations, and lyrics transcriptions. This is also where you can learn Hymmnos. A forum dedicated to the Ar tonelico 2 retranslation is further down. Discussion about the upcoming web site can be held here, too.

Rustling Throb ~Chroche/Luca~

Postby Bane » Wednesday September 23, 2009 9:54 am

Do we have plans to translate this or even get the lyrics down? I must say I have fallen for this song and I feel that as a fairly powerful song (For one meant for ambience) I think it deserves it's own spot here. Both versions. Here are the Youtube links to both videos just in case someone has the lyrics to either of these. I can translate from hymmnos alright, but if there's japanese I'm screwed.

Oh, and if there's a descrepency with where I'm posting this or what this subforum is for, please tell me and move it to the appropriate place please. Don't wanna get yelled at. XD

Croche: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mwlNxynOaOc&NR=1

Luca: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0T0ZkAxF ... re=related

I'm willing to help where I can, but...Unless I have the lyrics in front of me, I can't generally hear them so...I can only try. XD

The songs' original Japanese names are ざわめく動悸~クローシェ~ and ざわめく動悸~ルカ~ respectively.

If there's Japanese in the lyrics in written forms, I'll be able to translate it (hopefully) pretty easily. I can't find any at the moment though...

Was yea ra ??? ??? ???

Was ki ra presia rifaien reen here selena
Was ki ra presia rifaien reen here selena
I want to continue listening to this begged for ressurection played here

Rrha ki ra presia firle ar ciel harton mea
Rrha ki ra presia firle ar ciel harton mea
Please let me continue feeling my only and lovely world

Was ki ra presia rifaien reen here spitz infel
Was ki ra presia rifaien reen here spitz infel
Please let me continue listening to the ressurection of our freedom and love here

Rrha ki ra presia rifaien ciel harton mea
Rrha ki ra presia rifaien ciel harton mea
Please let me continue ressurecting my lovely world

Was ki ra presia rifaien infel melenas ciel an weal
Was ki ra presia rifaien infel melenas ciel an weal
Please let me continue reviving my love and the shared feelings for our world
Rrha ki wol presia firle en ciel (Something something something) melenas

That's what I got out of it. And yes, I know the grammar rules for it are all over the place, but I only wrote down what I heard and translated accordingly. This one is for Chroche's version.

Oh, I just remembered this page on Hymmno-Dict:

http://hymmno-dict.com/music_box_at2.html

There are efforts at transliterating the two songs there, though neither is complete. But at least we can be sure there's no Japanese in the lyrics.

I couldn't hear anything of the sort (Japanese) when I was listening to them both, but it's just how the words are slurred that make them hard to hear and them pick out. Not only that, but that page is useless to me cause I can't read it; I'd assume it's in japanese and I don't have the right whatevers for it to display correctly. Hrm...I know Presia is said a lot, but other than that I'm not sure.

Ah, sorry. Here's the lyrics transcribed on that page. All in all, things are pretty random though.

- Luca's side:

(0:05~0:16)
※ferda xe ya, ferda xe ya, ferda xe ya, ferda xe ya...

(1:19~1:56)
ferda xe ya, ferda xe ya, ferda xe ya, enclone ya.

(1:56~2:19)
ferda xe ya (x16)

17th repeat cuts off at "ferda..."

- Chroche's side:

(0'05"~0'20")
Was paks ra aiph haf ___

(0'57"~1'50")
anw... anw... anw... anw... anw... anw...

Was ki ra presia rifaien inferiare
Rrha ki ra presia rre walasye houd infel

(1'50"~1'58")
Was ki ra presia rifaien dius pir-tu-e
Rrha ki wa presia dius shen nedle powel

(1'59"~2'13")
Was num? ra ______ _______ _______

-------------------
Ma num ra weel weal sphaela

aulla...

Was ki ra presia rifaien ieeya celletille

Rrha ki ra presia li warce oz dilete

Some lines (like the first one) are out of order but I'm kinda too lazy to fix it right now :^^;:
