I figured I should post mine.
I brag all the time how I'm into Luca coz she's all that human of a character, but when I need a lot of pathos, Cloche is the obvious and trulyworth™ choice

Someone might object to including latin script, arguing that hymmnos typeface would make it look more decorative and arcane, and to that I partilly agree (although I'm not 100% in love with the hymmnos font). But I happen to like the language in latin script, moreso for Pastalia (aren't those xA's charming?). Although including all of the first part might be a bit of overquoting ^^;
Plus, I'm too lazy to change it (since SAI still has no typesetting, changing writings is not quite as simple as it could be)

I might draw more. I have plans for Mir(Harmonius), Cocona, and Infel/Frelia OTP, but chances that I get at least another one 'done' are quite slim -_- Work takes most of my time.

When I was thinking of "how I would want to see Cocona back", I had this kick ass image of more adult version of her, in Jakuri-style armor suit and Elma, overlooking the third tower from above I finally managed to start sketching that. Ironically, at the same time I through the middle of drawing, the second trailer for AT3 came out (so the sketch now is largely pointless, I won't add any more details to the background or the Elma)

I really want to see what you'd do with Mir. There's a lot of room for something stark like this with her character.

But even so, no matter how many filters you use, if the base image isn't that nice, the finished product wouldn't look nice either~ Even if you say it's the effects that make your drawings stand out, I doubt that's the only thing attention-grabbing > u <

I'm trying, but I would be lying if I said I was a guru. Too often I know what I want and I have a sense of it, but just cannot do it right.
Thankfully this time I managed the landscape almost like I wanted (the atmosphere you spoke about), and anatomy to be more-or-less tolerable.

Concerning Mir, I'm very much interested in her probably the most dramatic moment: namely, the moment she sent one of the WoH's down. How did she look? What did she think in that moment? How did she look after that? How much did she go back to that day? What was the nature of the blame she felt in her CS : was she conscious about what happened, or was she conscious about her not being conscious? And all other things. I even thought of making a mini-story picture of a few frames - kind of like the famous one with «EXEC_PURGER, Misha and ELMA-DS» in it...
Canon is a little in the way, though: as far as I remember, she didn't do it directly, but hacked the guardian and made her blow the whole facility to smithereens, but this is a lot of unnecessary detail, and makes her action estranged, thus unambiguously cold-blooded and calculated Think I could try to whip out my Artistic License™ and ignore that?

I also think her newly-found peace could be tested/illustrated by a symbolic journey with friends to the Tail of Reminscence, but I'm not sure what should I do about it. Too bad they didn't give any clues about her future role in the plot.

I think your sense of anatomy is already very nice, as seen with the first image. Not only that, but the way you set the mood and atmosphere in your images... Really cool > u <

I think you definitely could. I've always wanted to see such a scene illustrated, too-- the emotions flashing over her face, the tragedy and the triumph and the awe and the horror. Mir's exploits during the war are something that's rarely been expanded upon or drawn, and yet I think it's a fascinating period of her history. (It'd definitely look great in panel format, too, to capture both the vast scale of destruction and the personal details of her emotions....)
