If you mean an IPD singing Standard, it's nothing unusual really. In fact, being able to use Standard allows them to use at least some of the Standard-dependant facilities. Using Standard dialect for Song Magic and Hymmnos Extract though, is like putting a limiter on her, so her song won't be as powerful.
