They can't put all the Japanese voices in unless they either drop some/all the English voices or make the disc dual-layer. (Even with the space savings from not including some redundant files.) They're unlikely to have recorded more English voices. So... what's being fixed?
Wasn't it found that there was a lot of unused space on the NISA version of the game disc? Even if they can't put all of the Japanese voices back in, I'm guessing that they could have re-inserted a good portion of them with the ~200 MB of free space they had left, if I'm correctly recalling the amount of space that was left. And didn't someone who tried listening to all the audio files on the disc (I don't remember who) point out that there were a lot of completely silent files and repetitions? Those could have been dropped to make room.
Yeah I recall hearing those files and got pissed. Also there are actually voice-overs in some scenes that can't be played during in-game
As for me, I fixed this problem by downloading the undubbed version(meaning the english voice was totally cut off, but the translation is still english) from the torrent~degozaru. Took me more than 1 month for the download to finish~degozaru. Playing it with full japanese voice(for almost every scene!!!) does make the game more exciting and thrilling as the emotions in the voice makes the story more epic~degozaru.
^_^ Honestly, I don't mind the lack of voices. c_c; Is it odd that I read the dialouge out loud while doing different voices for the characters as if reading from a script..?
