I'll try my hand on it. ff- i know my grammar is wrong otousan It's just I hve issues with vocaloid singing these types of songs. Sure makes it more...robotic but I like the way REAL people sing it.

That's probably because they're too difficult to make, at least for a single person. You must be good at composing, mixing, writing lyrics, and capable of using Vocaloid fluently. Nevertheless because Hull is pretty much a skilled musician and has his own one-man doujin music circle, VAGUEDGE, he was capable of doing such a job that would have otherwise required at least three people.

Fan Hymns sung not by Vocaloid but by actual singers, though... We've been doing such works in mein Träß' ARM game.

So... I downloaded Vocaloid... but there is a terrible issue.

Pronunciation...

Basically, you need to write every hymmnos word using phonemes to get something out of it. I so far got some words... but there is this one that is bugging me... and it's none other than:

Hymmnos

I could get the Hy and the minos of it... but making it like Hyuminos... the Vocaloid doesn't accept the phonems... it's a pain...

I'm using the English Vocaloid, Singer is Lola.

But I finally got my way through it. Apparently, the word "hymmnos" must be broken into two words, like "exec".

I was considering in creating a Standard Hymmnos word bank...

I highly recommend that you do not. Hymmnos was designed with Japanese and Italian pronunciation as its base, so you'll be having more trouble with an English Vocaloid than a Japanese one like Miku or Rin/Len (which Hull used to create Resolution, and as you can hear they sing Hymmnos rather perfectly, like a real Utahime does).

Sadly, no. A Japanese Vocaloid will sing Engrish, while an English Vocaloid will give Japanese random stresses everywhere.

That's because Hymmnos, like French, has no word stress. Vocaloids are not human, they can't learn to speak a language that is not programmed to them, so...

I think it would be a great idea! There's a lot to discussion on to get Vocaloids to pronounce things properly. To do it here would be to head offtopic too much.
