Deci's story, told by
:Deci Kakeshiki (歌景色デスィ) was a poor orphaned third-generation Reyvateil who, instead of crying over her own pain, decided to do her best to help other Reyvateils in the same situation, even if she could only do it for a few months. So she set up a soup kitchen in Nemo and fed homeless Reyvateils using the power of her first song, EXEC_HYMME_SOUP/. Many Reyvateils' lives were saved because of her kind actions, and as such she got a lot of donations from kind people who wanted to support her work, which allowed her to survive to continue making soup for the people.
Her weapon of choice is a scythe.

"Ooh, I used to eat at that place every weekend! One of the waitresses got to know me pretty well, and even started to offer me more crayons than usual for the kids' activity mat. She helped me get my soup advertised on that sign. ^_^
The day that picture was taken, it rained. Through the heat and light of the sun, it rained anyway, as though even the streets were being quenched together with the people's hearts. In retrospect, it might have been an uncommon glitch of the Musical Corridor system that created such a self-contrasting weather condition. I'd often felt that I have a spiritual affinity with computers, and our communication most commonly manifests in unique glitches, so that day was serendipitous on several levels...."
