For which there isn't any info available, or any Japanese glossing for these lines to try and reverse-engineer it, like we did with several of the unknown Hymmnos words.
(This kinda brings back some fond memories of when we were still translating the Hymmnoserver and making that Wikia page...)

La Ciel's Lyrics really put a lot of emphasis on Ar Ciel. I was really surprised when "Singing Hill" and "Life of Nayudara" appeared in the song. It almost feels as if La Ciel treats Ar Ciel as a paradise of some sort, or a refuge. Either way, I'm glad the lyrics connect the two in such a way.

And more importantly, that finally confirmed our suspicions: La Ciela is indeed inside EXA_PICO's universe, and it and Ar Ciel are different planets located pretty far away from each other.

And to further drive the point home, here's a diagram that Pirocot posted recently, which was made from all the info that was released so far about the world setting:

According to it, there's countless universes, each one of these being a base universe altered in countless ways by the "Axis of Possibilities". So, the universe in which we live is one of such multiple possible universes, and the universe of Ar Ciel and La Ciel is exactly the same. On the other hand, Ciel Nosurge, from a setting standpoint, is an interdimensional communicator that allows us to observe and interact with people from other dimensions aside of our own, although with some limitations. Basically, it's crossing over several dimensions in order to allow the communication, which is why the game is called a "7-Dimension communication simulator".

Aside of this, it says that each universe and all of their respective possibilities are interconnected by an Aggregate Will: EXA_PICO.

Finally, just a couple more of things that should be mentioned: the galaxy drawn inside the blue square is our own, while the two galaxies drawn in the orange square are this:

-The left one is the solar system of Ar Ciel, based around its mother star Sol.
-The right one is the solar system of La Ciela, based around its mother star Bezel. However, as you can see in the diagram, and you should know by now from the summary of Ciel Nosurge's story, Bezel has turned into a Red Giant and it's close to swallowing La Ciela.

The 7-dimension communicator is an interesting concept. I guess we can also assume the number of planets created by EXA_PICO is also unknown too, if they were to expand on that? I guess by each planet, there is still a way to craft in hymmnos, but its different to each planet.

so if 7 dimensions is true.... and we live in one, ar tonelico is one, and ciel no surge is in one.... that's 3 of 7... can we expect 4 more series pre-planned for future planning/production?..

Err... nope. We live in one, but Ar tonelico and Ciel Nosurge take place in the other. The seven dimensions concept actually refers to other things: the Time Axis, the Axis of Possibilities, the World and the Unified Will (these are dimensions 4 to 7).
